How to Prepare

for Camp

  • Make sure that you have lined up a fundraiser for your youth to offset the cost of camp

  • Set aside 2 mid week activity nights for camp preparation

  • Contact with the camp leaders from your ward and arrange for them to come and help the youth on camp preparation nights

  • Inform your youth of registration dates and encourage them to register by April 30th - we will not accept any registrations past this date.

  • ​Speak with your youth about the rules at camp particularly the dress code and the rules surrounding  phones and electronic devices.​

  • Encourage your youth to bring their own scriptures

Pillow Tuck

The Stake YW Presidency will be providing this for the YW attending camp.  You are welcome to provide something for your girls during Ward Time each night.  

Camp Information

Camp Trexler

Monday through Wednesday

  • Check in is 8:30 am on Monday

  • Check out: TBD - after dinner on Wednesday​​

Registration:

  • Registration opens on March 1st

  • ​Registration closes on April 30th

  • ​The cost for camp this year is $120 for all 3 days ​

Other Points to Note:​

  • ​Transportation:  Make sure they all have a ride to and from camp.  

  • Bishop's Night:  There will not be a designated night for Bishop's.  Instead, we will be sharing the schedule with them to come up to camp and join in with whatever activity they'd like while the young women are there.  

  • Visitors:  We ask for all adults planning to attend any/all of camp to please register.  

  • Leader Registration:  Please use the link to register for attending camp as a leader.  Anyone attending must register.
