Young Women 
Camp Registration

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  There are separate registrations forms for Young Women & Leaders.  If you are completing the registration for a young woman, you must be the parent or legal guardian of the young woman you are registering.  If you are a young woman, you must have your parent or legal guardian complete this form.

This Registration confirms that the young woman being registered will be attending Valley Forge Stake Girls Camp from Monday through Thursday morning, July 27th -30th, 2026.

All Young Women are invited to attend.

​

The total cost for Girls Camp is $150, if registered by April 30th.  Registrations starting May 1st will be $175 per young women.  Please note that these costs may be subsidized by your ward.  Payment is due at time of registration and no later than May 1st. Registration deadline is June 28th.  

 

Payments can be paid to your local ward Bishopric by marking YW Camp in the "other" category on a tithing slip.  You can now submit your camp payments electronically as there is a camp category on the e-tithing slip.

• All contact information for you and your youth, including email and phone numbers

• Insurance information for your youth (if insured)

• Medical & Allergy information for your youth
