  • Design and build key stage elements for major Book of Mormon scenes, including walls, towers, ships, fire pits, and dramatic set pieces.

  • Manage stage setup and props, ensuring the rented stage and surrounding areas are prepared and maintained.

  • Create tribe‑recognition elements, including the flagpole and individual tribal flags.

  • Collaborate across committees to ensure visual, narrative, and thematic consistency in all reenactments and presentations.

​Off Stage - Remote Locations

  • Design and build remote vignette sets, including the Rod of Iron pathway, Tree of Life lighting, Great and Spacious Building, Lehi’s Home, Liahona tent, and key prophet locations.

  • Set up and maintain off‑stage scenes, ensuring all props are safe, durable, and weather‑ready.

  • Coordinate setup and takedown across all remote vignette areas.

  • Collaborate with supporting committees to maintain visual, narrative, and thematic consistency.

Re-enactments & Music Committee

  • Direct and produce all reenactments, ensuring each vignette is spiritually meaningful, visually strong, and well‑organized.

  • Assign roles across wards and support leaders and actors as they prepare their scenes.

  • Select and coordinate music that strengthens the emotional and spiritual impact of each vignette, working with musicians, vocalists, and AV teams.

  • Collaborate with the AV Committee on recording and editing high‑quality vignette footage.

  • Work closely with all supporting committees to keep staging, props, clothing, weapons, and tribe elements unified and cohesive.

  • Create and maintain battle props such as shields, swords, and chalk bombs, ensuring everything is safe, durable, and spiritually appropriate.

  • Train youth in battle etiquette and safety, coordinating with the Security & Safety Committee to promote respect and reverence in all scenes.

  • Choreograph and support battle reenactments with the Reenactments & Music Committee to ensure scenes are meaningful, safe, and well‑executed.

  • Support and train Tribe Leaders, offering spiritual guidance, discussion prompts, and leadership resources.

  • Provide on‑site costume support, managing the costume tent, assisting with adjustments, quick changes, and repairs.

  • Produce instructional materials with the ward liasons to guide wards in making appropriate costumes.
