How To Prepare for Youth Conference
THIS is the conference for your youth to attend.
Can you imagine that your youth is around the same age as Joseph Smith was when Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ answered his prayer in person? Joseph’s story can be their story.
Like them, he faced confusion. He needed knowledge and help. He prayed to ask God. He faced obstacles and challenges. It was hard. Miracles happened.
We hope that when youth conference is done, they will have learned not only about Joseph’s history, but will have realized that they too are capable of being a powerful instrument in God’s hands. And have fun too! ​

To help your youth prepare you can start by:

Making sure they are registered before June 1st.

Speak with your youth about the following the Strength of Youth standards

Check the packing list and start gathering what will be needed.

Check the weather for youth conference as it gets closer, so you can help your youth pack appropriately for the temperatures.​​
Helpful Information
Youth Conference will be a three-day overnight experience this year. Youth Conference will be from July 11th - 13th
Youth Conference Schedule:
Thursday, July 11th
Depart from Stake Center at
721 Paxon Hallow Rd
Broomall, PA 19008
​Arrive at 6:30 am & depart by 7:30 am
Saturday, July 13th
Pick up from Stake Center at
721 Paxon Hallow Rd
Broomall, PA 19008
Arrival approximately at 7 pm

​Things to note...

Youth that register to attend, will plan to attend all 3 days.

Each family is responsible for coordinating transportation to the Stake Center for drop off and pick up. We recommend carpooling with other youth in your ward, if possible.

All meals and snacks will be provided throughout the event. However, you may want to purchase additional snacks/food on the trip so please make sure to send them with money, if interested.

If your youth requires medication, please send it in a ziplock bag and label it with their name​
