Set up and maintain off‑stage scenes, ensuring all props are safe, durable, and weather‑ready.

Coordinate setup and takedown across all remote vignette areas.

Collaborate with supporting committees to maintain visual, narrative, and thematic consistency.

Assign roles across wards and support leaders and actors as they prepare their scenes.

Select and coordinate music that strengthens the emotional and spiritual impact of each vignette, working with musicians, vocalists, and AV teams.

Collaborate with the AV Committee on recording and editing high‑quality vignette footage.

Work closely with all supporting committees to keep staging, props, clothing, weapons, and tribe elements unified and cohesive.
